Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience or interest in serving K-12th grade students in school settings
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow therapists, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication interventions
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and manage caseload efficiently
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support, resources, and recommendations to staff and parents
