Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status accepted
- Ability to work effectively with a K-12 population
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development activities
- Provide direct therapy services and ongoing progress monitoring for assigned students
