Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Experience or interest in serving K-12th grade students in school settings
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow therapists, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication interventions
• Document progress, maintain compliance, and manage caseload efficiently
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide support, resources, and recommendations to staff and parents
