Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status accepted
  • Ability to work effectively with a K-12 population
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development activities
  • Provide direct therapy services and ongoing progress monitoring for assigned students
