Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
• Active Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, particularly with middle school students
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and potentially work across more than one school site

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
• Serve a caseload averaging 45 students, with adjustments depending on assignment
• Implement evidence-based interventions addressing speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Foster inclusive learning environments that promote student growth
