What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP preferred but not required
• Proficiency with various therapeutic approaches, including AAC, PROMPT, or social communication interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work with educators, healthcare professionals, and families
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain thorough documentation and manage caseload responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
• Provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on articulation, language comprehension, and communication
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document progress, update treatment plans, and generate reports as needed
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices
