Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Schenectady, New York

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with communication challenges
• Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions focused on articulation, comprehension, and functional communication
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports to support student success
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated support
• Attend meetings and ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
• Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school, pediatric, healthcare, and/or teletherapy environments valued
• Strong foundation with AAC, PROMPT, and social communication strategies
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
