Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC-SLP certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Background supporting students with a variety of communication challenges and disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to middle school students in a self-contained classroom
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and family members
  • Document services, progress, and maintain accurate student records in compliance with policies
  • Adjust therapy strategies to fit each student’s unique needs and ensure optimal learning outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input regarding student goals and progress
