Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility (CCC preferred; CFY applicants welcome)
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Demonstrated passion for fostering language, communication, and social skills in early learners

Primary Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, screenings, and assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans tailored to IEP goals and student needs
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and school teams to support student development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
  • Provide supervision and mentorship for SLP Clinical Fellows, ensuring a positive learning experience
