An exciting contract opportunity awaits skilled Speech Language Pathologists (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to make a meaningful impact in schools near Schertz, TX. This full-time assignment begins August 17th, 2026, and runs through May 27th, 2027. Help students reach their communication goals while gaining valuable experience across a cluster of vibrant campuses in the Roosevelt area. On-site collaboration and supervision are provided, making this a welcoming position for both experienced SLPs and recent graduates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active professional license in speech-language pathology (submit license image with application)
  • Valid fingerprinting and background check clearance required prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs are encouraged to apply (supervision will be provided)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to work with varying caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in assigned schools
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ARDs as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation for caseload and student progress
  • Manage flexible assignments—specific site and ages to be determined after interview
