Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain in Texas
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
