Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP license or able to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong leadership skills with an interest in supervising SLPAs
- Monolingual (English) proficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboratively monitor student progress
- Provide consultative support and supervision to SLPAs across two campuses, ensuring quality care and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with families and school staff to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
