Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
  • Complete and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and compliance reports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
