School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Schertz, Texas

Qualifications:

• Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for high school-aged clients
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in a high school environment
• Dedicated, flexible, and passionate about supporting student growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support student IEPs and educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer guidance and training to staff when needed
