School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Schertz, TX

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Schertz, Texas. This position is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and licensed SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). The role is based at a K-12 school site and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development.

Position Details:

Location: Schertz, TX
Setting: K-12 school
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Details to be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
Open to CFY candidates with supervision provided
CCC-SLP preferred but not required
