Make a real impact while building your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, supporting young learners in Carbon or Lehigh County. These contract opportunities provide itinerant services within preschool early intervention programs, with the possibility of transitioning to PreK–12 services during the school year based on assignment needs.

These roles are based on a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, following an Early Intervention calendar from July 6, 2026 through June 11, 2027 (tentative). Although the main office is in Schnecksville, you’ll serve students in various locations throughout the counties.

Qualifications:

  • Active provisional or temporary PA Speech-Language Pathologist license (must be provided with submission)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent graduate degree
  • Eligible for or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in preschool early intervention and flexibility to work with PreK-12 caseloads
  • Reliable transportation for itinerant work; willing to commute within Carbon and Lehigh counties
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to young students in preschool early intervention settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative support across a flexible, changing caseload
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Transition between preschool and school-age assignments as needed
