Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse K-4 student caseload.
  • Deliver both individual and group speech therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs.
  • Develop treatment plans and adapt interventions to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document student progress, and maintain compliance with school and district policies.
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other educational personnel to support communication development.
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students as they work toward their individual goals.
