Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Holds or eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license (state requirements apply)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is highly valued
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Eager to work with both elementary and high school populations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, and speech disorders
• Write and implement effective IEPs tailored to each student on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records
• Advocate for students’ communication needs across diverse academic and social settings
