Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Holds current or pending SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience in school settings is highly valued
- Familiarity with diverse communication needs in K-12 populations
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Comfort with both elementary and high school caseload management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging speech and language interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers and IEP teams to ensure effective support
- Document progress, maintain compliance with special education requirements
- Communicate regularly with families about student growth
- Support both academic achievement and social participation through personalized therapy
