Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Scotts Valley, CA

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Scotts Valley, California. This position will support students at the elementary and high school levels and is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with a diverse range of student needs and age groups.

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Elementary & High School
• Approximately 45–50 students on caseload
• School-based setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff.
• Develop appropriate interventions and strategies to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible California SLP license
• Appropriate California school-based credentialing
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience working with elementary and/or high school students preferred
• Strong IEP, evaluation, documentation, and progress-monitoring skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
