This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) places you at the heart of a specialized program designed to help students thrive. With a manageable caseload of around 50 students, you'll focus on innovative, evidence-based practices to foster communication growth and social development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC or eligibility; new graduates completing a CFY are encouraged to apply
  • State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with pediatric populations—especially in K-8 or school-based settings
  • Background in autism support within educational programs
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and models of delivery
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches for individualized learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Deliver professional guidance to staff regarding best practices in autism communication support
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
