Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active SLP license (CCC or CFY considered)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Demonstrated skills in speech-language therapy for children with autism
  • Comfortable working with a diverse caseload, including those with moderate to severe communication needs
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms is valued
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8th grade students within a specialized autism support program
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with IEPs
  • Engage with families and staff to support generalization of communication skills
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including both in-person and virtual formats as needed
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, assessments, and goal-setting for students
