Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state licensure (CFY or CCC considered)
- Experience with school-age populations, including assessments and IEP development
- Background in pediatric speech-language disorders, including articulation, language, and social communication
- Familiarity with school-based data collection and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary and secondary grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and prepare thorough diagnostic reports
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans within the IEP process
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and compliance requirements
