School Speech Language Pathologist - Scottsdale, Arizona

This assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through May 27, 2027, providing stability and the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with both students and staff. With a 40-hour workweek and a manageable caseload of approximately 60 students across up to two school sites, you’ll have the time and support needed to deliver personalized and high-quality services.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Arizona SLP license
• CCC-SLP certification or strong CFY applicants considered
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders in a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions aligned with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Travel between up to two school sites, as needed
