Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and school-based SLP documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and educational teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language interventions for students on your caseload
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student progress
- Monitor and record student growth and outcomes in a timely manner
- Create a positive and inclusive therapy environment that encourages student participation
