This contract position runs from August 25th to December 1st, with a strong potential for extension beyond the initial term. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Dedicated to evidence-based practice and student-focused care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEP goals using individualized, evidence-based strategies
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with special education regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for student development
