Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to an engaging part-time, contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a vibrant, collaborative school environment near Scranton, PA. This in-person role is structured for two days each week, with one day dedicated to each of two welcoming elementary buildings. You’ll make a direct impact, helping students thrive in their school experience through skilled intervention and compassionate care.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP-CFYs considered)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
  • Comfortable providing direct services in-person
  • Familiarity with IEP Writer software is a plus
  • Ability to manage a caseload across two sites
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by school policies
  • Communicate and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist with IEP development, meetings, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Provide support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (if applicable)
  • Travel between two elementary buildings one day each week at each location
