Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working with K-6th grade students
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and assessments in the school setting
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Open to new graduates with relevant clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assist with eligibility determination
  • Participate in IEP, multidisciplinary, and consultation meetings
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
