This role is part-time (2 days per week) for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting at the end of August and continuing through to the last day of school. The caseload is growing, giving you the opportunity to make a noticeable difference in students' lives. Those with SLP licensure are encouraged, but SLPA professionals and Clinical Fellows (with solid school-based backgrounds) will also be considered.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Delaware (DE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school settings highly desired
- Willingness to work with K-6th grade students
- SLPA applicants welcome; Clinical Fellows reviewed with relevant school-based experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication disorders
- Collaborate with education teams and families for student progress
- Manage and document growing caseload effectively across two days weekly
