Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Open to SLPs holding CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Strong understanding of school-based therapy needs and IEP process
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for helping students reach their fullest communicative potential

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports and recommendations
  • Participate in meetings, staff development, and trainings as required
  • Educate and counsel students, parents, and staff on communication disorders and relevant interventions
