Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to SLPs holding CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy needs and IEP process
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping students reach their fullest communicative potential
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports and recommendations
- Participate in meetings, staff development, and trainings as required
- Educate and counsel students, parents, and staff on communication disorders and relevant interventions
