You’ll work with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators and families to deliver outstanding speech and language services to students ranging from preschool through high school. Both seasoned clinicians (SLP-CCC) and those beginning their careers (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply, as are SLPAs ready for a school-based challenge.
Qualifications & Skills Sought:
- Active or pending SLP license in the state (required)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school settings
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification (SLP-CCC) a plus
- SLP-CF and SLPA candidates are also welcome
- Adaptability to work full or part time, depending on your availability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Documenting progress and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting students both individually and in group settings for maximized outcomes
