This opportunity is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are dedicated to facilitating communication, growth, and confidence in a supportive school environment.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators and families to deliver outstanding speech and language services to students ranging from preschool through high school. Both seasoned clinicians (SLP-CCC) and those beginning their careers (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply, as are SLPAs ready for a school-based challenge.

Qualifications & Skills Sought:

  • Active or pending SLP license in the state (required)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school settings
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification (SLP-CCC) a plus
  • SLP-CF and SLPA candidates are also welcome
  • Adaptability to work full or part time, depending on your availability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Documenting progress and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Supporting students both individually and in group settings for maximized outcomes
