Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible California SLP state licensure
  • CCC-SLP or eligible CFY status
  • Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
  • Support students’ academic and social development through effective interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
