School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seaside, California

You’ll be supporting students from kindergarten through fifth grade, working with a manageable caseload of approximately 35 children. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to needs as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Duties Include:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
• Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
