The current model is remote/virtual learning, so candidates with strong technology skills and comfort navigating digital platforms will excel. The selection process moves quickly, and required fingerprinting and drug screening have been waived to facilitate a prompt start. If you have experience in tele-practice or feel confident delivering virtual services, you are encouraged to apply—even if this is a new setting for you.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP licensure for Washington (or eligibility)
  • Prior elementary school or pediatric experience preferred
  • Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and technology
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond to changing instructional needs

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 38 elementary students with varied needs
  • Implement individualized speech/language therapy via virtual means
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
  • Adapt techniques to a remote learning environment as needed
