Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
- Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary populations preferred.
- Expertise in evaluating and developing individual education plans (IEPs).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability and passion for supporting early learners.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to PreK and Kindergarten students within the school setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals for students with speech and language needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goal setting and progress.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student achievement.
- Maintain thorough records of services, progress notes, and required documentation.
- Implement evidence-based practices and adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.
