Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and learning for the 2026–2027 academic year in the vibrant area near Seattle, WA. This full-time, in-person role spans from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and seeks enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping learners thrive.

You’ll manage meaningful caseloads of up to 45 students at the secondary level or 42 at the elementary level, providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with talented educators and families.

Qualifications:

  • Current Washington SLP license required
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary and secondary students
  • Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results to support eligibility and programming decisions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation
  • Communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding student progress and strategies
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
