This opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year and presents the chance to work in-person, full-time (7.5 hours daily/37.5 per week) across two school sites, serving a diverse K-12 caseload.

Desired Qualifications:

  • SLP-CCC accreditation with a focus on school or pediatric-based practice
  • Recent experience supporting children in educational settings
  • Active Washington State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
  • Adaptability to manage caseloads typically ranging between 48-60 students
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to inclusive, equity-centered service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, reporting, and progress monitoring requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for students’ needs
  • Serve two assigned elementary school sites in an in-person capacity
