Desired Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC accreditation with a focus on school or pediatric-based practice
- Recent experience supporting children in educational settings
- Active Washington State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- Adaptability to manage caseloads typically ranging between 48-60 students
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Dedication to inclusive, equity-centered service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, reporting, and progress monitoring requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for students’ needs
- Serve two assigned elementary school sites in an in-person capacity
