A thriving educational community near Seattle is seeking five skilled SLPs to support K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. With a focus on in-person impact, you'll engage with diverse learners and become an integral part of their academic and personal development.

This contract role offers a mix of four full-time (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week) and one 0.7 FTE position, allowing for variety and flexibility in your professional journey. Caseloads are well-balanced, typically ranging from 48-60 students, focusing on individualized support while maintaining a collaborative workload.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Washington SLP license and ESA certification
  • Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI
  • Experience working in K-12 schools preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students across kindergarten through high school
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with district and legal guidelines
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on student development and intervention strategies
  • Adapt speech and language interventions to diverse learning needs
