Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seattle, WA

This role begins as a part-time .5 position and transitions to full-time from November 9th through April 26th. Should additional needs arise toward the end of the school year, there may be potential for extended or expanded duties.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Washington
• Experience in school-based SLP services strongly preferred
• Skillful in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with a variety of speech/language disorders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students onsite, in alignment with IEP goals and district requirements
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
