Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication needs within a vibrant educational setting near Seattle, WA. We are seeking three dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work in-person at both the elementary and high school levels. This contract runs through June 17, 2027, offering full academic years of rewarding engagement and professional growth.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to fit varying availability:

• 2 Full-Time SLPs: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours/week
• 1 Part-Time SLP (.8): 4 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary or high school students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to create effective treatment plans
• Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation standards
• Foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive therapy environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid WA State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Fingerprint clearance through OSPI is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
