This role offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, partnering with a caseload of approximately 50 students. Settings and age groups are still being finalized, presenting a unique opportunity to support learners from preschool through age 22 across various educational environments.

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Current credentials and licensure as an SLP in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical skills valued
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Proficiency in collaboration with educators, specialists, and families
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and speech-language therapy for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough records
