Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Washington SLP license or eligibility for acquisition
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
• Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance and resources to caregivers and staff on communication strategies
