Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Qualified candidates will bring:

• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF applicants considered
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork with students, families, and staff

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of student speech and language abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals
• Delivering direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with district and state requirements
• Consulting and collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input to educational teams for student success
