Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team environment in Seattle, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. We are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

• Provide engaging, direct therapy services to students consistently throughout the traditional school year.
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
  
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student success.
  
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all services provided.
  

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  
• Active Washington SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain).
  
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
  
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply!
  
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
