This position offers an opportunity to work with K-12th grade students, supporting their speech and language development in a collaborative educational environment. As a licensed professional, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to help every learner reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students in need of support
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ needs and promote overall academic success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed
  • Provide support and education to school staff and families to integrate speech-language development into daily activities
