Preferred Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active license for Speech-Language Pathology in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred—but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience or training in pediatric settings, especially within schools, is highly valued
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services as needed
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across grade levels
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Provide therapy sessions individually and in groups, both onsite and via teletherapy when applicable
• Maintain accurate records, progress summaries, and required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
