Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Comfortable delivering services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with communication disorders
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear and compliant documentation of student performance and sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student goals
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
