Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Comfortable delivering services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain clear and compliant documentation of student performance and sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student goals
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
