School Speech Language Pathologist - Sebring, FL

Exciting opportunity for a contract Speech-Language Pathologist available for the 2026-2027 school year! This is a full-time, onsite position serving K-12 students. You'll provide vital support to students' communication and language development, making a meaningful difference every day. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Florida
• Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports in compliance with local and federal guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall growth
• Assist with IEP development, progress monitoring, and ongoing communication with teachers and staff
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and progress
