Qualifications & Experience

  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior SLP experience in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver speech/language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
  • Document progress, maintain records, and communicate with families and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
