A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Sedona, AZ, providing specialized support to students within a school environment. This role requires travel to various educational settings to deliver direct therapy and collaborate with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on identified needs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations
  • Monitor and report on student progress while adjusting therapy plans as necessary
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently while traveling between sites
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and scheduling requirements

Location:

  • Sedona, Arizona, with travel required to multiple schools or educational sites within the region
