Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure or certification
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
Location:
- Seguin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on assessment results
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication needs
- Provide direct therapy to students and monitor their progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
