Discover a rewarding contract opportunity for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists in the Seguin, TX area. Multiple full-time positions are now available, each offering 37.5 hours per week. As a valued SLP, you’ll work with diverse caseloads, varying from 35 to 62 students for individual SLPs, or from 60 to 85 students when partnering within an SLP/SLPA team model. Your schedule and student workload will be tailored to your campus assignment, creating a stimulating environment where every day brings new challenges and achievements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow therapy professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document services and maintain accurate case records
- Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to campus-based initiatives supporting student communication needs
- Support SLPA team members where applicable
