Discover a rewarding contract opportunity for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists in the Seguin, TX area. Multiple full-time positions are now available, each offering 37.5 hours per week. This dynamic role allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives by providing crucial speech and language services across a range of campus settings.

As a valued SLP, you’ll work with diverse caseloads, varying from 35 to 62 students for individual SLPs, or from 60 to 85 students when partnering within an SLP/SLPA team model. Your schedule and student workload will be tailored to your campus assignment, creating a stimulating environment where every day brings new challenges and achievements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow therapy professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document services and maintain accurate case records
  • Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to campus-based initiatives supporting student communication needs
  • Support SLPA team members where applicable
