Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with intervention and assessment tools relevant to school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both one-on-one and in small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer support and training to school staff to help identify and address communication disorders
