Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
• Prior experience in a school setting highly valued, but strong clinical skills are also welcomed
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to student development
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Provide resources and training to teachers and families for classroom and home support
