Whether you have your CCC, are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, or are an experienced SLPA, your drive to enhance communication skills in young learners will shine in this dynamic setting.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and delivering therapy in a school-based setting
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to suit diverse student needs
- Passion for supporting children in meeting their speech-language goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both direct and consultative speech therapy services across K-12 grade levels
- Document student progress, maintain compliance records, and report outcomes
