Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in school environments
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and individualized educational planning

  • Enthusiasm for team-based care and culturally responsive practices
  • Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement effective therapy interventions for students
  • Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress towards goals
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
  • Work in partnership with teachers, support staff, and families to advance student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely records and contribute to student eligibility evaluations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
  • Stay current on best practices and contribute to a positive school community
