Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting children and adolescents with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Support students’ access to curriculum by delivering therapy and strategies in both individual and group formats
