Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for supporting children and adolescents with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
  • Support students’ access to curriculum by delivering therapy and strategies in both individual and group formats
