Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active or eligible state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with diverse school-aged student populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services and assessments for students with varied speech/language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives and document progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
  • Offer consultation and resources for teachers to help integrate communication strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain timely, compliant records and reports
