Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current licensure or eligibility in Washington State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) based on assessment outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to support student success
