Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sequim, WA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current licensure or eligibility in Washington State
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) based on assessment outcomes
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group formats
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to support student success
