  • Current or pending Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of evaluation, therapy, and progress monitoring in speech-language pathology
  • Collaborative approach when partnering with educators, specialists, and parents
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings of students referred for speech-language and/or communication concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Document progress and collaborate on reports for stakeholders
  • Consult with general and special education staff to devise classroom strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a trusted resource for speech and language development
  • Support ongoing professional development and school initiatives
