As a travel Speech-Language Pathologist supporting school-age learners, you’ll work alongside dedicated educators and specialists, while enjoying the excitement of change and the chance for personal and professional enrichment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state license for Iowa SLP practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new grads with strong CFY mentorship welcome
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support inclusive learning by providing direct and consultative therapy services
